The place:

Locality Mount Porceddus - Castiadas,

Area at the feet of the Mount of the Seven Brothers at 12 km far from Costarei, Villasimius, Colostrai, and  Muravera Sea.

Indipendent Villa with 1.000 m²  spare ground dipped in a land which conserve an atmosphere practically intact from the coast to the mountain, in addition to the remarkable historical-archaeological patrimony.

It’s impossible not to mention the splendid forests of  Mini Minni S'acqua Callenti and Buddui which are characterized by a very rich flora and fauna which integrate themselves with the splendid Mediterranean spot and the splendid white sand beaches soaked by limpid sea.

You can admire the splendid areas where red deers come to life (place Cirronis) or where the wind has carved wonderful shapes on millenary rocks.

The Villa :

·         Position : the house is set in a naturalistic interest area.

·         Typology: the Villa is one floor level

·         Interiors : 1 living room with two bed-sofas one of which is a double bed sofa and the other one is a single bed sofa, one bedroom with a lumber room and a double bed, a kitchen supplied with the accessories, one bathroom with a shower.

·         Exteriors : wide lodge and a garden around the house.

·         Notes: animals admitted, fireplace in the living room closed in summer.

Equipment:

·         Cleaning : washing machine, drying reck, board for iron, iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer

·         Kitchen: electric oven, frigor with freezer.

·         Amusement: hi-fi, TV with decoder.

·         Health: air condition, heating.

·         Externals: car place, table and chairs, barbecue. Place to rent for Roulotte and Camper without services.

·         Water: water stock (sink), centralised/electrical and gas water heater .
