The large wild fauna has found in these places its perfect habitat. The typical fauna is represented mainly by a big colony of red deers that share the territory with wild boars,  wild cats, martens and birds like the colombaccio, the imperial crow, the red woodpecker, buzzard, etc.  

The surrounding place has a remarkable naturalistic importance.

It occupies a big part of the future National Park of the seven Brothers – Genis Mount. In the Minniminni, S'Acqua Callenti and Buddui forests you can find a splendid and flourishing vegetation: enormous holms and scented twisted junipers, arbutus with their red berries,  the real scents of essences like myrtle, rosemary, lavender and elicristo, oleanders, heaths and cyclamens.
