In the arena of the old jails it is possible to watch movies in a unique show since 1° July until the 15° September.

EXHIBITION

Exhibition market of the handicraft and agroalimentary and artistic products of Sarrabus-Gerrei.

From the last week of July for approximately two weeks, in the gardens of the wonderful Director Villa in Castiadas Centre, it takes place the Exhibition market of the handicraft and agroalimentary and artistic products of Sarrabus-Gerrei, organised by C.N.A. of Sarrabus Gerrei and supported by the city council of Castiadas.

You can taste the typical local products like the wild boar sausage, the carasau bread, the pistoccu, the olives and the oil of Dolianova, the typical wines and liquors made in the South East Sardinia, the cakes, the honey and finally the nougat.

You can find exhibited handcraft products, handmade articles in iron or wood, artistic production which range over carpets, gold articles, candles and typical ceramics.

In program also collateral initiatives such as  folkloristic shows, the ravioli festival and “de sa prazzidda" festival edited by the Castiadas Pro Loco.
